I sent him a PM regarding a reel, he answered the first one, I then asked about shipping and no reply. He has been on since then, so Im thinking scam.

I pm'd him a few weeks back about his loomis walleye rod for sale and asked for the model number on the butt section.
He replied back right away with the requested info. Found out it wasn't what I was looking for and wished him luck with his sale.
Seemed legit as far as I could tell....perhaps he just hasn't had time to reply yet....
