Spring must be coming soon. Just seen two Canada geese fly by. Located east of Edmonton.

I think they just took a wrong turn, they better head south again as another blast of winter is on its way.

I was down to High River today. Lots of swans, geese, Mallards, and Scaup. Also several Wigeon, Pintails, and Goldeneye. Snow won't affect them much, but it is still over 2 feet deep (even deeper up in the foothills). Last year at this time, I was walking on bare grass and taking off my jacket after noon. It's only spring on the calendar.

Geese here all winter.

Crows are back in full force.

Bald eagle patrolling the river valley for the last two weeks.

6 more inches of snow since yesterday another 4 inches forecast tonight. We're along ways from spring here. Muddy bear hunting in the future.
