Default Shipping US fish to Canada

Going on a cruise to Alaska next month and noted one of the shore excursions is salmon fishing. Cruise website says that if you catch anything, you can't keep it on the ship and shipping is to "continental US only". Anybody know if you can ship fish you catch in the US to Canada? Wouldn't surprise me if you can't, but I'd like to hear from someone whose done it/tried it.

I know you can do the reverse easy enough. Just need to confirm the shipper has frozen storage... Check with an Alaskan Lodge to see if you stayed there how your fish would come back to Calgary.
