Default manning

will be working in manning up north for a couple weeks, map shows a river runs directly through town, notikiwan i think, is there decent fishing there? what kinds of fish? would like to no if its worth bringing my tackle thx.

why don't you stop in at figure eight lake, some good trout fishing there for browns and rainbows, although it might be a little weedy right now..

walleye,pike,whites,goldeye and grayling r in the water system............i have never fished it but had a friend fish it a few years ago, not sure exactly were he was but he did catch fish........i think he was north of manning heading towards keg river

I used to live in manning. Did a lot of fishing in the Peace river where the Notikewin joins. Some nice walleye,pike, and burbot there. here is a link with park info and directions.Good luck

Not much happening at Figure Eight right now for fish. A flock of pelicans have moved in a done some serious damage to the fish numbers.
