Talking Battle river fly fishing

Had some fun on Battle river yesterday, lots of pike willing to take a streamer. good confidence booster after the Bow keeps feeding me skunk!

Awesome! I have caught pike in the battle before too! Not on the fly unfortunately.

i fish loyd creek a feeder to the battle river lots of pike in it .

What part if the battle river were you fishing? I will be in Ponoka for the stampede at the end of the month and the river is walking distance from there. Just wondering if the fish make it down that far
