Default He said sorry

Time to sweep this under the carpet, although at this point I don’t believe there’s anymore room under there. Time for justin to use some of our tax money to buy another carpet to sweep more scandals under I suppose.

How many times in a life should a person have to apologize for their actions?

Forget sorry, he should be in jail for the stuff he has and is doing. This isn't just ethics violations, much of this stuff anyone else would be formally charged and taken to court.

Turdo's family was paid Hundreds of thousands of dollars and thought nothing of it

What is it going to take this Liberal gong show down....

Like someone mentioned earlier, Canadians are too polite! Need to start blocking roads and railways....

So.... minority govt.... bring him down..! ASAP

Snap election or form temp coalition with Conservatives as PM and Finance and Treasury.....

We’d be pretty set.

Then winter Jan real election and we’d get a Consy majority.

Why.... oh why isn’t this being done....

Simply, no logical coalition partners for the Conservatives, and can't afford an election with no leader in place.
I'd like to believe that "sorry" doesn't cut it, but the electorate has a poor memory.
I am truly sad that the only Conservative worth mentioning in critique of the Trudeau government is Pierre Poilievre, and he is not a leadership candidate.
The rest are a sorry looking lot.

Exactly...

Says a lot about this jackwagon's up bringing... the privileged little bastard needs to go. I can't believe there isn't one libtard in the party not making noise to have him step aside and put an interm PM in place. Because of this they are all as guilty of corruption as the PMO. Sort of like aiding and abetting.

Depends on how many times a person royally F***s-up and their ability to learn from their mistakes. Or in the case of Turdo, how many times you get caught.

Of course he is sorry, he's sorry he got caught again with his hand in the cookie jar, but the libtardts that voted him in don't care if he skims a little off the top, after all a bunch of them are living off the government teet also

He said sorry. That's good enough for the left wingers who will vote him in again...

The left of center majority of Canadians don't care about it. As long as he keeps writing cheques he will get their votes. The deeper he digs us into debt, and the more scandals he gets caught up in the better they like him because he's 'on their side'.

Typical criminal action, they only apologize AFTER they get caught and the only thing they are actually truly sorry for is the fact that they were caught. How many times are we gonna give this clown???!!!

Stupid / uninformed voters put this clown into office, it's going to take these same stupid / uninformed voters to vote him out. Personally, I'm not holding my breath, he'll get his majority next election.

Notice he apologized for "not recusing" himself. Not for the actual corruption....

Basically sorry for not leaving the room when everyone in the room does what he instructed them to do. And if you don't do what he instructed you to do, you get fired.... Like our Attorney General!

So I listened to the "Apology". Wow, he turned it into a piece about how much his government cares about these youngsters. POS.

So if this guy said sorry he would be golden ?

Turdo needs the same or worse for what he has done.

Make no mistake , he will have cost lives for what he has done !

That's exactly right. While he was apologizing, at the same time he was saying the decision was ok, he just shouldn't have been involved with it. So essentially not really admitting any wrongdoing in awarding the contract, just a small mistake he made in not recusing himself.

It's absolutely not an apology or admission of guilt, more like the teenaged version of 'sorry bout that'....he is never accountable. And it's all another 'learning lesson' for all of us.

The guy is pure Teflon though, I will give him that. Absolutely nothing sticks. Who the hell else can get busted for doing blackface on multiple occasions in this day and age of BLM, excuse it as being too privileged, and carry on??

Sickening. Enjoy the decline?

When Trudeau said that he felt bad that students wouldn't be able to get positions for the summer due to this, I almost barfed. What exactly is to stop them from getting VOLUNTEER positions due to your corruption & incompetence you flipping doughhead? Its not a volunteer position at all if you're getting paid.

Further to this, the Canada Summer Jobs Program already exists, is staffed, and does precisely this type of thing, though they offer wage subsides to employers rather than the worker. That's what a job is. Expecting a wage from volunteering is not truly volunteering. If I saw a resume where someone said they volunteered for good deed X with organization Z, but in reality they had been paid, I'd toss the resume in the trash. Pierre Poilievre noted this very thing in a press conference ( I quite like him, he'd make a great PM I think).

It was his literal "Youth unable to serve Canada" line that made me throw up in my mouth a little.
