Hi there sheep hunter,
I ,totally, understand where you are coming from , when you refer to the experience of the hunt . I know, as you do, that it is much more than just the kill. But , I still feel that the shows that I saw could have been done somewhat better. By that I mean, there were probably any number of non hunting type people who viewed those particular shows that came away with a bad impression of what we really like doing. I have a real concern about our public image and the last thing I want to do is to muddy the waters. Those PETA type have so damn much money , it scares hell out of me..In my mind we need all the help and understanding that is out there.
I hope you understand where I am coming from..Thx..doug

I know what you mean about some hunting shows for sure....just wanted all to know that there was much more to musk ox hunting than may meet the eye and all hunts provide unique experiences and that sometimes the spreading of misinformation can do much to damage the reputation of hunters with the anti hunting groups as well.
