Nice Lake Whitefish on 10#tippet

Caught a nice Lake Whitefish today on 10# tippet and what a fight !!!

gave me a jump and lots of runs

the hatch was on today as the Lake Whites were hunting all around me

its started out a very nice morning but did it get hot hot hot

Nice fish but what the hell have you been doin' to your chapeau..Sittin' on it? There is such a thing as too much character. j/k

Never caught a lake whitefish on a fly rod. What are you usin'? Chronie and\or micro leech under an indicator?

The Chapeau is a 1980 model or so and has been on Maligne Lake through blizzards too rain every year camping and fishing .. and yep I am a character ;;; bad hair day in 1978

Nymph under a indicator .. SJW.. shrimp orange and red chronie
