Default Stewardship program.

So after being out for my supervised outing yesterday. What an eye opener to see what Brook trout and rainbows can do to a cutthroat stream. My self and 6 others harvested 123 fish 87 Brook,23 rainbow and 13 cutthroat released. That is just amazing the percentage. The average size of the Brookies was about 6" to 8". What a good program.

I would love to catch some eager brookies somewhere. Could you point me in the right direction please.

Question, what happens to the bulls while we gut their food supply?

No bulls left in Willow, misuse/mismanagement have completely expatriated them from the system.

do you have the stewardship license?

if so, I recommend sibbald or willow creek.

if not, I recommend elbow lake or sibbald creek upstream of the stewardship project boundary (powderface trail)

Headed to Sibbald soon. I remember 10 years ago or so I was catching loads of cutties there (not that I'm very old haha just been fishing for a while). Wonder what it's like now?
