Default Fly patterns for NSR Goldeyes?

anyone have an suggestions for some fly patterns for Goldeye in the NSR? its really buggy so some ideas would be great.

Elk hair caddis worked well for me last year, hope you get some good goldeyes maby a mooneye as well.

Thanks for the ideas! never caught a Mooneye, if I get one I will take pics. I had great fun flyfishing for Goldeyes last summer on the red deer river, so am hoping to catch a few here in Edmonton.

hope the wind stays away!

try the whitemud creek, near the highway bridge. while im pike fishing I watch hundreds of 1-2lb goldeyes surface, expecially around twilight in the evening and morning. I would suggest a mosquito pattern or a Chernobyl ant. I have never tryed myself but the bugs that were on the water were mostly spawning mosquito's and what looked like winged ants.
