Looking for a good processor for moose trim, hoping to get it done before Christmas. I used Victoria Fancy two years ago, they were ok. I used grassy lane about 4 years ago.

I haven't called for eta, but who are people really liking lately?

If you want to go for a little drive you could try H+A meats just east of Rocky Mountain House. After the fire at Rocky meats one of the guys opened his own custom sausage shop. He can only take trim no whole carcasses. Fantastic sausage and he'll have it done in 2 weeks.
