Default Coyote Hunting on Agricultural Lease?

I'm going to ask to get access on an Agricultural Lease, designated by SRD as available for recreational use. I'm just wondering if this qualifies as 'private land' under the regulations of coyote hunting out of season. I imagine it doesn't qualify and that coyote hunting would be illegal there, but I thought I'd check.

Thanks!

If you have a written permission from the land owner or the person using the land, then it is legal

No. Agricultural Leases are Public Land, no matter what some may desire.

However, with written permission from the leaseholder, you may hunt coyotes year round. From the regs., pg. 32....

Quote:
Black Bear and Coyote*
Any person who is (a) the owner or occupant of privately owned land, or (b)
authorized to keep livestock on public land, or (c) a resident authorized by a
person described in (a) or a resident authorized in writing by a person
described in (b) may, without a licence, hunt (but not trap) black bear or
coyote on such lands, at all times of the year.
