Given how few one is allowed to retain now a days not sure you would save any time after factoring having to clean the Gizmo. In the old days it would have been a joy though.

I can limit out on perch and have them cleaned and put away in 30 minutes with a sharp knife.

if we lived in a place where eating wild fish was a sustainable practice then maybe.

Cool gadget but I can skin a perch/walleye no more than 5 seconds slower than it can. It's probably the easiest part of filleting one.

Leaves too much silver on the walleye. I can go boneless anyways without cutting anything out. Great for someone who has troubles but won't make it on my list. Thanks for sharing though pretty cool
