Default Rock Lake outflow

I was thinking about fishing the out flow from Rock lake this weekend. Is it worth it. How about access points? What flies would I use? Any information is welcome. Thank you. I want to fish from the bank. Would a canoe work from the first bridge?

My experience fishing the outflow is limited but from what I've experienced the best place to fly fish is right by the bridge heading toward the lake, there's a rocky bottom there if you have waders and plenty of smallish fish to keep you busy. Not sure about specific flies all I can say is small small small. Spinning gear doesn't seem to fair well at all
