Default St.Mary fall walleye tourney coming up quick!

I was asked to let everyone know that the St.Mary fall walleye tourney is only a couple weeks away.

For anyone interested in trying out a walleye tourney I would say this is your best bet to try a full event. There is no points for this tourney and is just a stand alone style tournament. That means you don't have to commit to any other tourneys on the trail to keep your points up like most guys do in the spring ones.

Last years tournament saw huge weights and tons of boats getting full limits of legals on both days. I was the weigh boat and I was dog tired by the end of the weekend from constantly hopping in and out of boats to measure fish.

I have fished the reservoir the last 2 weekends in a row and if the bite keeps up until tournament weekend I could see last years weights being topped.

If you want to check out the rules or register head over to www.gowalleye.com or the SAWT website. The is a link to the SAWT website on Gowalleye.

The more boats entered into this event the bigger the cash prizes are for day money and overall money.

If you have any questions feel free to message me on here or get a hold of one of the listed executives on the SAWT website.

I would love to join SAWT next year. I can't make the tourney this year because my cousin is getting married. Blech.

I guess I was off by a year on the no points situation for this tournament. I was informed this morning that the no points thing starts next year.

So there is points in this tourney for next years trail but as far as I know it will be a best 3 out of 4 situation so if you are new and like fishing the tournaments you can use your points from this tourney towards next years trail.

This is a very good tournament for a newcomer to get their feet wet in competitive angling.

There is a ton of fish to be caught and the fall tournament is always a very relaxed atmosphere with tons of good people to hang out with.

Register right away if you would like to give it a try.

Lets get this bumped back to the top for a great tourney.

Im now not sure if points are involved or not but either way it is always a fun weekend with tons of raffle prizes and prize money.

Not to mention the fishing at St.Mary in the fall is usually really good.

Who are you? Fire me a pm if you want. What a great event. I am feeling pretty rough today.

Only 5 days left before this event starts. We would like to see as many people as possible out there to enjoy the weekend with the rest of us.
