Pflueger president 30

Does anyone know if Pflueger spinning reels come with shim washers ? I bought the President 30. After loading it with braid . I noticed the line doesn't go on the spool evenly. I get more line at the bottom of the spool. Other reels I have usually come with a bag of shim washers to fix this problem. I checked the box .Warranty paper and reel schematics. Thanks in advance .

I have 4 pflueger reels 3 different models. None had shim, and none need them.

I have 8 or 9 pflugers, never had that issue. I would take it back and exchange it.

I have the same reel no shims or issues you are talking about.
