Driving 9 hydro units as we speak. Very similar to Homer Simpson. He's a bit more responsible than me tho. Worst I can do is cause a lil' flood and freeze a few homes!!

4 days on 4 days off @ 12hr shifts. Every second set is nights.

Sounds like fun not a bad shift either but those grave yards catch up on a guy after awhile! Have a good one!

Thanx Brother

I don't mind the 4 shifts on nights. Pretty easy to get on and off of them.

Working up at the mine for 2-3 weeks of them was a pain tho. I find the body doesn't truly flip over like they did on longer turn arounds. I don't sleep before the first one (maybe a lil' afternnoon nap) and then I'll sleep for 2 or 3 hours after the last one. Usually pretty tired by bedtime and can drift off no problem.

I'm at the firehall until Monday morning.

And whenever I do my on-call weekend, nothing ever happens. EVER.

So, I get caught up on a lot of writing.
