Default Snow levels down south?

Curious to know if anyone can advise how the snow levels are in 306 & 308?

I will be out there this weekend and would like to know if I should bring snowshoes or not.

Thanks for the help.

TFG should hardly be any snow left in the area after the wind we are supposed to get down south here, but I will bet you it will be tough getting around with all the drifting snow.

It was a windy day today in the country but we did our best to stay on our feet, barely. Plenty of sign, and a few mule deer about. No wolves or coyotes were brave enough to be seen in all of the territory we covered, but we had an outstanding day in the mountains doing what we both really enjoy. That was a great way to spend Valentine’s Day, and feeling smug that we didn't have to shell out unnessasary dollars for a "mandatory" holiday.

Thanks again for the advice fellas

Thats good to here that you two had a good day, yes its been awfully windy down here I was in the pass yesterday and between the wind the sheets of snow and the buckets of rain all in a short drive from the Crowsnest lakes to Sparwood it was crazy. Seen lots of game though even just about smoked a big old cow elk. Seen lots of sheep, elk, deer, moose and coyotes. Unfortunatly no gun though as I was working. Good luck next time and its probably a good thing any how the wife might not like it.
