Default Trapline Permission

Just a wondering if a person can be given permission to trap in a trapline by the registered trapper? They don't actively trap it and haven't for about 6 years.

As long as you've taken the trapper training course and the holder of the RFMA signs you up as a junior partner, you should be good to go.

Good to know. Thanx Rob. It's been a while since I have done any serious trapping. Used to get the junior fur license back in Saskatchewan and trap on the farmland. Beavers, rabbits, coyotes and lynx for the most part but I would like to get into trapping wolves up here. They are running ramped like most of western Canada. I want to do my part in thinning them out and be rewarded with the hide of an awesome creature.
