Sitting at 59,429 at the moment, need 10,400 for the next step, to take 2nd place. Take a look at E-411 and ask why we haven't got past that one.

And apparently there is now something wrong with the e-petition system, it is stuck at 59429, and they are checking it out. People signed it yesterday, and it didn't update.

Guess they got their system unstuck, jumped to just over 60,000 once they did, showing 61,200 at the moment. Not bad, needs more though, nuther 60,000 would be nice to see. And don't forget to write, it counts even more.
Calling to pester them is well worth your while, just be nice about it.

Get signing people this is pitiful! Everyone on this site should be signing this petition, and getting their friends and family to do so as well!

I suppose if the libs were starting to feel some heat on C71, we in Sask and AB have another great reason to write and call them now. May as well hit them with both barrels!!! Not sure who is worse, Goodale, Trudeau, Climate Barbie or Carr.
Count is just shy of 63,000 tonite. 7000 more to second place!!!

Thanks for posting this on AO! I learned of the petition awhile back and signed it then.
I agree it's better than doing nothing, to sign. I also agree that Conservatives in 2019 is the way to go, out of the known options as of this writing.

If the daily count keeps going it as it has, shud get to 2nd spot by the end of next wk., hopefully faster than that.
Don't forget to check for the e-mail confirmation with the confirmation link in it.
Make sure it isn't in your junk box. That link confirms you are not a machine and processes your signature. No e-mail = no confirmation link= no signature.

Definitely slowed down, 66551 at the moment.
If you are going to things like SCI,DU.PF, CWTF type dinners, make a sheet referring to it and ask to have it announced at the dinner. It may be redundant, it may get a few more sigs.

Only 838 sigs from 2nd place tonite. If you can think of a likely place to post the link, do it. Nothing to lose by trying. I've posted it in flyfishing sites, asked archery tournament hosts to post it, put a copy on known gun owners desks at work, asked customers at the counter and had them sign it.

Only need 155 to get 2nd place. Few gun shows on this weekend, hopefully the Libs wake up tomorrow AM with this petition in #2 spot.

Only another 60,000 to #1, think it can be done? 2.1 million PAL holders.
Something wrong with this picture, isn't there.

It is still crawling up, 72756 today. Talk to your friends, post it at shops and etc, there are a lot of people still unaware, or too apathetic to help themselves out there.

Pretty good podcast from CCFR, Giltaca interviewing MP Bob Zimmer and talking a bit about C71, C75 and some of what goes on behind the scenes in Parliament.

Most people dont know about it.
At work, at the range, the gym, everywhere Ill ask people and they have no clue about the bill. After telling them they are absolutely against it, but would have never known. The media doesnt report on it. I think its more important for people like us to really spread the word. Petition or not, people arent happy about this trudeau goberment. I dont use Facebook but in this case its an easy way for people to learn what pure garbage C71 is.

Keeping it out there

It should have been posted at gun shows, with means provided as mandatory to sign it to enter the show, and shops should have it posted on their front counters and provide a means for people to sign it in store.
Cracked the 77,000 mark now, definitely slowed more than it should have.

Up to 78498 now, there really is no excuse for this slowing down like this. If your local gunshop or range hasn't got an obvious note about this on their premises, ask them why.

Finished at 86533, a large number, but, not nearly big enough to help much.
Firearms owners who didn't sign or support it, have nobody but themselves to blame for what comes next.

Lol this comment, like the libs would change there mind if 2mil people that likely never will or never have voted for them is going to change there mind. These e pititions are just an outlet so to feel like you can make a change. Only way to make change is with your vote as as long as one party has there majority enjoy the ride it’s going to be a rough one.
