Cool pictures.
I run numerous trail cameras, and have yet to catch a cougar on one. Lots of wolves but never a cat. I know there are a few AO members that have shared pictures of cougars on here. However I sure wouldn't say its a common thing.

Looks awsome. I'd like to hunt a cougar without dogs. But by the sounds of it, it's even hard with dogs. Kewl pics

is this a big cat? here's a pic of his track if that'll help. not the greatest pic but i find if i look at my computer screen from different angles it is easier to make out the paw print.

What do guys figure?
Does she have kittens in her?
My measuring stick is the old female mouser domestic cat on the farm.
It appears there are numerous stretch marks on her by the way the lower belly sags.
Maybe post partem?
What's your opinion?
Oh my goodness, where are my manners. Thanks for the most excellent pictures.
Please note that I am not trying to overtake your post of these excellent pictures.
I was just hoping some the AO members who know stuff about cats would like to comment.

That cat looks big to me. I think it is a tom. Big mature toms will get a belly like that also. Those are great pic's. Thanks for posting them.

not a lick of bait on site yet. we were only prepping the site, setting up stands and getting materials out there. it was only the 11th so it wouldnt have been legal to have bait out. if you look in the background you can see one of my barrels though

Good pics.
A couple yrs ago while out looking for shed antlers. My dog put a cougar off its kill and toward me. I yelled and waved to scare it away, it really didn't even know I was there until I yelled. I found the burried deer carcass right after. My friend and I when back after and put a trail cam on it. Ended up getting over 30 pics over two days. Pretty neat.
I managed to get another cat on a trail camera two falls ago while it walked a deer trail.
Neet critters
