Default 5 year old kills 445lb bear

Apparently he is Davy Crockett's great-grandson. Out of his tree stand, shot the bruiser in Arkansas. Got himself 3 deer the year before. Great little hunter in the making.

Great story and what a trophy. Maybe it's the parent in me, but I sure got squeemish when I saw young Tre flying around on his quad without a helmet. I hope his parents enlighten him a bit on the safety aspects so he can continue his hunting legacy... yikes! Regards, Mike

Default Last year was a better season...

At five years old shoots one bear. At four years old shoots three deer. Last year was a better season...he's losing it as he gets older.

I can't remember anything I did when I was four years old.....here I sit trying to remember when I was four/five.................nothing comes to mind lol. While the memories fade, the stories will improve with time no doubt.

How young is too young? No way I was coordinated enough at four to use a rifle..........since I can't really recall being uncoordinated at that age, I base that fact on observing my grandchildren lol.
