Default Hunting land

What is the best way to find some cheap hunting land in Alberta?

Which way from Edmonton one can expect to find cheap hunting land for like deer, birds etc.

Is any one selling any land with trees etc for big game hunting?

Any input will be great because I have never bought any land or property before.

Or Saskatchewan, and it is cheaper the farther east you go towards Manitoba.

Try www.mls.ca.
If I were you I would buy a home to live in first. You might also want to talk to your bank, or a mortgage associate about what you can actually qualify for.

NORTH! I wouldn't call it cheap though. How much do you want and what are you willing to pay. I have a few leads because I've been looking myself.
I also know of a few 1/4 sections in N. Sask for around $50G
PM me if you'd like.

if your looking for cheap recreation land head east across the Saskatchewan border and start looking from there, prices in Sask are starting to go up a bit because a fair number of people are starting to do it.
