Question Why hasn't Nosler made.....

Curious why nosler has not produced.A nozzler partition bullet with a boat tail like the accubond? Has this ever come up or been tried and failed?

I was having a discussion with another member from the forum and I think that would just make one heck of an awesome bullet combination.

Probably because a boat tail would be harder to produce, with a dual core.

H- Mantel bullets are expensive to make because of the added steps in constructing the bulkhead that is inside the jacket, then adding lead front core, and a harder rear led core.
The Swift A- Frame has a smaller exposed led base than the Partition, but the Brenneke H Mantel has a closed base and there may be patent issues there as well.

Boat tails slip the lead core easier then flat based bullets. Harder to build

Trades I would interested in:
- Sightron rifle scopes, 4.5x14x42mm or 4x16x42mm
especially! with the HHR reticle. (no duplex pls.)
- older 6x fixed scopes with fine X or target dot.

65 years ago , when Nosler Partition was introduced to the public not too many people were shooting more then 300-400 yds at the game if that.
No one needed BT design with a partition in mind then at those ranges.
Now people want the bullet that works from 0 to ......whatever range .
I am one of those actually...
