Lower Chain Lake by Athabasca ice conditions

Anyone been out on Lower Chain Lake recently? Super Dave and I are planning on fishing it this Saturday.

You most welcome to join us. We're heading out Saturday morning. Super Dave usually gets to my place around 6:30 and we're loaded and gone by 7:00am. If the forecast holds, Saturday should be sunny and 7C so we won't pack the tent, heater, etc., then we should be able to get away abit earlier than usual.
