Default beautifull day

fished the nsr wed. and caught a 24" pike. water still clear.
fished lake eden today and what a gorgeous day for fishing.ice is still 27" thick so no problem driving on. I was dreaming of monster trout and perch as very few people fish this lake. the only disappointment was the fact that the perch are so plentifull that i think stunting has occured. of the 80 or so that the three of us caught in 4 hours only about ten were large enough to pan fry, which we did. had to deal with heavy flood water when we left but by god we"ll remember this terrific outing.

Thats what keeps us coming back. Those awesome days with good weather and good friends and some fish thrown in as well. Congrats on having one of those days!

How did you access lake eden? The lake is privately owned now..
