Clear lake today
We decided to do something different today and went exploring a new spot. Went to Clear lake by Stavely. Caught only 3 Pike, all were around 60 cm. For those checking this place out as I have seen the odd post, it is a small lake a very shallow. Deepest spot we trolled through was only 15 ft. If there was deeper we must have missed. Has a campground and good boat launch there as well. For the shore fisherman there is easy access and flat shorelines to cast out. The fish finder was not too busy either so I am not sure how much action is in this lake. Fellow we talked to said he heard somebody pulled out a 26 pounder but those are few between.
