Default Canoe trolling around Calgary??

Hi all...first post here...
I have a 15 ft canoe with a 45lb thrust trolling motor...I live in Calgary and really want to get out and troll somewhere that I would have some luck! Does anyone know where a good location would be?

I would love to check out a few within an hour driving distance from Calgary.

Thanks for your help!

Try Winchell by Cremona, Severn by Standard, or Michichi by Drumheller. All are fairly small lakes and not too much affected by wind. Trout in all of them that respond well to trolled flies or flatfish.
