You seem to fish pigeon a fair bit. Have you fished for walleye on the S/W end at all? I fish a walleye hole there in the summer normally along with 20-30 other boats. Was wondering how it is in winter?

We pretty much chase whites on pigeon when it comes to the hardwater season. havent really caught much for walleye there this year.

If you are talking about the walleye hole in front of Grandview, no its not the same as in summer. Yes can catch walleye there in the winter but nothing like you can in the summer months.

nice white! If you don't mind me asking, what were you using and whereabouts where you? We tried mulhurst all afternoon and into the night, saw 3 on the camera, but none were interested, using red/yellow wire worms /w maggots. We just can't seem to get whites this winter, really wanna smoke afew

Thanks for the reply, That's the second time I've heard that now but my brother is taking me out tomorrow and he wont try anywhere else because of the good days we've had there in the summer. If we have good action there I will post it on this thread if not... I will be back on here asking about good winter walleye spots.

That is a nice white.
I dont care about your location, but what were you using for bait?

Had a terrible day there yesterday, saw quite a few whites on the cam and my buddy landed one walleye, too big to keep. We could get the whites to come for a look but no takes. WTF! We move quite a bit and fished between 5 - 15'. Someone help, I have never caught a witefish and would love a pointer or two.
