Looks like some of the pike in Cabela's or Bass Pro aquariums. Constantly mashing their faces into the glass.

Amazing how resilient pike are. I bet it had its face bit off as a juvenile and has adapted to survive for years. Do you know which sandy lake was that?

Up by wabasca...supposed to have the body of a pike and around 12lb mark

But looks like a snub nosed Pike......a common genetic deformation
