Thumbs up 21to22,06-13 NSR report, huge walleye))pics((

Decided to head out to the NSr this evening. It turns out it was a great choice. The water is still high and was rising pretty quickly and very dirty. Tried small black jigs and the walleye were saying no but the pike were saying yes to the small jigs. Not catching any walleye on small Black jigs decided to step it up a notch to 1 inch jigs. What a good idea that was. First cast two bites and from there it was on, biggest walleye I landed this evening was a 30 inch walleye that had something very unique and cool which he had a hooked jaw on him, I was by myself this evening so took the best pictures and measurments I could without hurting this fish, landed over 15 walleye which two others were 25 inches and the rest in-between 15-22 inches. Lost a big pike as well. My best day on the NSr of the year. High dirty water and they just love it. Some of the walleye I caught had tiny suckers in them. Great evening on the NSr, get out and enjoy it.

Post pictures tomorrow.

if i hadn't decided to watch the 7th nba game tonight i would have joined you as it turned into a nice evening. sounds like you had a great night. i do like how distinctive walleyes heads and body colors can be.

Very slowly. It's amazing what a 30cent jig can do.

Finally bout time I have a really beautiful girlfriend who loves the outdoors as much as I do, I'm with her now but shes going to let me upload some more pictures

see the two jet boats in the back ground racing in these high waters, I believe the red boat won.
