Default South Saskatchewan River?

Anyone been around the river lately? Any decent fishing going on or being caught?

I'll let u know in 5 days when I'm home from camp. Gonna fish it haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaard!

Loving the pics/stories and everything else this fine forum has to offer. Internet sux up here (four hrs NW of Fort Nelson) which is why I don't even bother replying/commenting/contributing to posts as the net seems to crash constantly, hopefully this message goes through.

Keep up the fine fishing gentlemen and fisherwoman, I love it! Amazing photos and stories on here people, y'all know who u are(:

Hit up the forks yesterday, from the big island in the middle, landed one sucker. The river is still dropping, and fishing extremely slow, at least from shore, same story on the Low Bow. FF if you are fishing next weekend let me know. I need to break 4 feet now!

Last weekend we camped there and we had lots of goldeye/mooneye action and a small sauger and a sucker. Seems the sturgeon arent really around there as much as in the spring.

My dad was there this weekend and got 5 sturgeon, three little ones and two 20lb fish, and one tiny sucker. Island was pretty much empty, and walleye was nowhere to be seen.
