Guilt and an online apology to GPrime
Last year, a fellow Jesse1234 I think, put a trout photo competition online, a just for fun one,, it was great. I decided to add the prize of an old 9' salmon rod that I changed the eye's/guides on to those of a spinning rod, so essentially it's like a 9', 5wt light action open spincast rod,,, anyhoo, you know when your personal life, your insane work schedule, being on the road a lot and everything else seems to get in the way of the most mundane of tasks,,, in this case, shipping a rod to Lethbridge to GPrime,,, the more I promise to ship it, the more I forget about shipping it (same thing happens when I go fishing and forget the net, everytime, seriously, I walk around saying net-net-net and then leave without it). Today, I was trying to find the new auger blades and the rod toppled over and bonked me, so I put it at the foot of my bed, so when I get up I will remember to tackle that item on the list first. I was going to send it with Braun but got stuck in Banff.
