He's a lucky man.

I guess it's never safe to go quadding alone, even if you do carry cell a phone. So many different scenarios can happen.

He may have been in a cell hole, but he was trapping, and we tend to do that alone.
He is fully aware of the risks, and it is a fact of life IMHO....

I am glad to hear this gentleman will make a full recovery....

My warped and twisted mind has all sorts of jokes running through it....due to the irony and conditions of the situation. No disrespect at all meant to the gentleman.

Amazing will to survive my hat is off to him!...

What these asshats DO NOT KNOW is that this particular gentleman had a nasty bout of polio as a kid, and knew full well what suffering was all about before getting trapped under his rig.
people like that like to post and run, write letters and pass judgment etc.

I'll remember to ask someone next time I do a river rescue
if they a in favor of hunters , fisherman, and trappers!

To all concerned, I wasn't reffering to anyone on this forum as an asshat of course, but was reffering to the simpletons who wrote the letters saying they hope Ken now knows what it is like to suffer like an animal!
Will this make him quit what he loves to do?
I'd lay down money that says "NO WAY"!

Here goes my suspicious mind again. The article refers to an ATV with a steering wheel and the ease with which it flipped, which makes me think he was driving one of those top heavy, mini truck things.
