If your looking for lots of perch...Hasse, small but fun for the kids, both Morinville ponds have perch as well...if your lucky may even run into the odd trout at the Morinville game pond just west of the highway, Cardiff pond also has perch (on the golf course), as for big perch...good luck...

Hasse and the Morinville Rez winter killed last year and the perch are gone........I hope that they stay that way too. Devils Lake and Nakumun are the only two lakes that I know of up this way but I think that there's some in Cardiff and the Morinville F&G club's pond as well.

Good news about Hasse, used to be a great trout pond until the bucket brigade came along...

The bad news is that the trout died too. The worst news is that SRD decided to stop stocking it with trout.

Hasse, cardiff, wabamun has perch as well, if you want to keep perch from Hasse do not do it as the water is polluted with dead seagulls and garbage everywhere i would not advise it, wabamun is c&r and cardiff you can catch them there with maggots or worms.

Good to see you busted out the cherrywood for some stocker rainbows. Did you get any perch while you were there?

Default Hasse

Those illegal pike in Hasse are getting bigger and are fun to
catch.
Heritage Lake trout are growing quite well and are now around a pound a piece.
I was catching them in 35 feet of water in the summer time.

Hey Paul, you are actually catching pike there? Wow, I thought they were few in number to start with and then all got killed off last winter. Regards.
