Good link! I was guilty of a bad grip until Wendell at the bow Island archery shop pointed it out. His grip he showed me was just like that only I had to turn my wrist out to stop the string from whipping me every time. It made a HUGE difference.

A lot of people get confused with an open grip thinking they are using good form, when in faxcct they are introducing a flinch into their shooting, as the link suggests.
I use the smae grip when shooting modern recurves, and alomst the same when shooting my flat bow.
the constant is the relaxed hand......
