Default is this legal...?

Is it legal,if I have permission,to hunt over someone else's bait site?If so,any body want to let a guy use theirs within an hour or two of calgary...?Looking for my first bear and only have every other sunday to hunt.I can restock the bait with bagels,etc.,I have an in at Tims...?I know I can't offer money....?not looking for a big bear,just a bear...

Actually if the bait is on crown land, no one owns the site.
The personal property at the site is another matter, but bait sites are not exclusive, nor owned.

Here lies the biggest issue a lot of bear hunter face, because it's not a law, and only a bit of common sense, and courtesy, a lot of hard feeling and dis agreements happen.

I can't help you around Calgary, sorry bud.

As far as I know asking to have someone take you out for your first bear, is not only legal, but pretty much how a lot of us got started.
