Default Need suggestions on a Good local Gunsmith

I would like some input from all you experienced hunters on a good gunsmith in the Edmonton area. I will need a scope mounted and bore sighted, and some tweaking done on the action of a bolt action rifle.

Thanks all in advance for your input.

Rod Henrickson 780.455.3003 11830-152 st.

Rod knows his stuff. He's the only person I would recommend and have been doing so for 20 odd years even though the work you're talking about is fairly basic.

Question Ackley Abe, my dad is storing a old sears and roebuck, 20 gauge bolt action shot gun for my uncle. He sold the farm and doesnt want a gun in his house in town. He said we could use it, Im thinking for grouse. I would need it to be gone through before we use it to make sure its safe and in working condition. Would this fellow you mention do this? If it's useable, im thinking of giving it a re do and keeping it with us it as a keepsake kinda thing.

thanks
