Default cross coulee/tyrrell

With the season about to close for us guys in the south was wondering if these lakes are worth trying as they are open all year? Any tips, where to fish etc. for these 2 lakes appreciated. Weather being as it is looks like it will be shore fishing. Have never tried them before.
Thanks

Default Tyrell

Tyrells good for trout before the weeds establish, cast sppons or fish bait. Cross coulee not spectacular but has good whitefish and pike numbers.
