Default Fresh Turkeys?

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows where a guy could find a place to get a farm fresh turkey?
I was at a few stores today and not impressed with the selection that they had. My father works for Lilydale in their IT (information technologies) dept and he gets his cheap every year. How ever I am sick of frozen turkey myself.

Is there or are there rather any farms in around the City that raise and sell fresh turkeys?
Kinda want to get one freshly slaughter or do it myslef, make the GF watch that kinda thing!

Just curious, I remember my grandfather getting his from a fellow down the street but that gent has passed and the new tenants are a bunch of dope smokin hippies

Any info would be great!

Cheers!

Talk to Ben at Neudorf Hutterite Colony, best turky you will find anywhere and at a good pice. Also sells excellent chickens (almost the size of a turkey) they treat their meat good. Only prob is you have to order in advance, been dealin there for 8 years with no complaints.

Got a call from a family friend he said that he has two birds left both he figures are around 20lbs. Only thing is that his son and his nephew are first in line said if they don't want them then I am welcome to one.
Had no idea that we had a family friend who raised turkey's, now i know!
