Default Need some help from you hockey nuts!

Hello just getting interested into shooting pucks around so where can I get a good cheap deal on like 10 pucks? Official black/blank pucks. Do any of you people have any? They can be used just no chips in them!

Thanks so much!

Bassett

P.S- Sorry if you take offence to "hockey nut"

Your best bet and probably pretty cheap would be any sports store, or even crappy tire. Maybe a couple of bucks a puck.

Scrounge around some of the local rinks. Under the bleachers, ends of the rink etc. It's free.

My kids bring 'em home all the time.

Just curious but are you shootn them on a rink or what? If you are using concrete shoot off a piece of plywood it'll save on sticks....also if you can get yourself an orange puck ( it's a weighted puck that helps you develop a good snap/wristshot)

When the snow starts to melt around the outdoor rinks you can go and walk around and find pucks that you want. This won't work for you right now, but later on it works great.

You could go ask the rink attendants at the rinks around your place and they might have a stash of pucks that you might be able to get a few. And like said before you can find them laying around the bleachers at the rinks or canadian tire sells them for like $1 a puck. If you can get a hold of a piece of lexan or plexi glass I would use that to shoot off of instead of plywood. It will act more like ice and probably last longer then plywood.
