Default dead pelican

this doesn't realy have to do with hunting but its kind of interesting. was at our cabin this weekend at calling lake and found a pelican that had choked on a walleye.

we found one 3 years ago at calling lake that died of unknow causes and got it mounted. so we already have one and we are kind of short on that kind of cash.

Default pelican down

Had our local fur and feathers giving a big speech in the press about how poachers are hurting the walleye population in Crawling Valley. It had to be poachers cause " walleye have no natural predators".
The very next week, hes holding up a dead pelican that was reported , with a five pound walleye stuck in its yap just like this one. The pelican population in our area is out of control, but that's o.k. cause "they dont eat fish" anyway.
Every local I know of that raises fish, keeps a shotgun handy "just for scarin' them!"
