Default Native Fishing Question?
Just a simple question. Can Natives use bait (maggots), before Aug. 16 or are they required to follow the Alberta Regs?

Must follow the federal Fisheries Act including size and catch limits if sport fishing. The only thing they do not require is a license.

Could be worse.
At least they don't net off a narrows, and stop access to half a lake.
....then become too lazy to pull it up and let all the fish die.
