How do you get onto Ghost Resevoir

I was just wondering where the best place to get onto Ghost is during the winter. Do you just drive on at the boat docks or is there a better place?

once you get to the lake on the 1a i think, and you cross the bridge and the dam itself is on the left hand side and the boat storage is on the right. you can turn either right or left and hit a boat launch. the one on the left has a big parking lot and the boat launch was rebuilt recently, it launches close to the bridge you just crossed and the dam while the boat launch on the right (you have to follow a gravel road past the boat storage area) and the parking lot is not as big but launches in a bay where the river flows into the ghost lake i think. hope this helps.
