Just had a look at the Govt of Alberta auctions that are upcoming. There are 10 12 X 14 wall tents up for auction on 19 September if anyone is looking. I got one at the last auction for a song. Lot number 313 at the attached link. Get there early and have a look at them. They don't start the auction at lot 1 and go from there. Things are auctioned off by where they sit. Lot 500 might be first and lot 43 the next. They will let you unfold the tents if you wish. At least they let me. Although the one I got was a bit dirty it was in pristine condition. New ropes and all. The other one that day was a piece of crap and rotten. Just remember all sales are final and you must pay for and remove all items by 4pm the day of the sale. Cash, debit, VISA or MC. Hope this helps those who are looking.
