Just some questions for all u bear hunters out there.

me and my buddy are talking and want to try a spring bear hunt this year. were new to it and are wondering wat general areas are good for hunting bear and wat kinda bait to use. we dont have much time and would like to hunt them with our bows. also is it hard to get access?

Well im not sure, i hunt near cold lake, and the bears are out now! Try beaver, oats and molasses, dog food, fryer grease. all of the above. Its a pretty broad question

ok. how about oats? is smokey lake a good choice? is it hard to get access?
