It is your responsability to search out the disposition of all properties you wish to hunt on.
If owned by anyone, you can be asked to leave by the owner or disposition holder. Or possible be charged with Trespassing, if you missed a sign or a run down fence.
Go to the County office and inquire.
If owned ask permission.
It is the very behaviour and mentality that gets such places posted and fenced. Usually if you ask they will say yes, and come out of it with a good respect for hunters. If they have to ask you to leave they get a crappy perspective of hunters.
The choice is yours.
Which side of the equation do you wish to be on.
