You will have a very hard time finding a bear thats not rubbed if you are planning to hunt the last few days of the season.
Up there in both zones, you will find cutblocks and pipelines that are greenning up. I guess you can drive 6 plus hrs to get there and drive the roads, I wish you luck. I have only seen a couple bears in the fall out that way. I met one of the local guides up there and all though they do guide there in the spring in 516, I havent seen very many bait staitions there in the last couple years. I dont chase bears but I hunt the zone, they are there but not in huge numbers. Good luck.
