Default New release

Who makes the best releases. I mean the wrist type with a trigger. I broke 2 on the weekend. On was a cobra and the other was a true fire. I want a real good one that can be adjusted. All ideas welcome.

i have a scott as well and have been using it for about 10 years now. the other guys make good stuff too, just dont expect the highest quality in the 50 dollar price range. the higher end models from most manufacturers should last a very long time. it seems you already have it figured out to get the wrist strap design with caliper jaws so no explanation required there.

I concur with Scott, I have a caliper and really like it. Heard great things about the shark, mongoose, little goose. They make great releases.

Picked up a true fire not too long ago, not sure if I'm sold on it yet. After reading this thread I think I'm going to pick up a scott to try out lol.

Most times when I read about a broken release the Cobra name keeps popping up.
