Just was informed there is a Health Advisory for the lake right now due to the bacteria content from the algae bloom. Usually lasts a while but when booking sites they had to tell us to no go in the water for swimming at the moment, the advisory would be lifted when the bacteria content went down.

I don't think this really effects the fishing.

water was getting fairly green a couple weekends ago when I was there....by now it's probably like pea soup.....stepped in the water a few times to get in the boat and not sure if the rash i got on top of my left foot is from the water or the sandals I was wearing.....fishing was good though
